On December 22, 2023, the LISMS research group successfully held its annual End-of-Year Gathering, drawing nearly 40 participants, including group members and their families. Throughout the event, participants met in person and virtually and shared a joyful experience.
This event served as a chance for LISMS group members to reflect on the year’s achievements and reinforce the bonds within the group. The inclusion of a Zoom session bridged distances, allowing remote participants to join in the event and feel connected to the group.
The celebration atmosphere was further enhanced by encouraging attendees to wear holiday costumes and engage in a Secret Santa game, adding a touch of fun and mystery to the celebrations.
In this year-end gathering, we were reminded that achievements are not just about the big wins but also about the small steps forward, shared moments, and the support we give each other.
