About the Seminar:
The Laboratory for Industry 4.0 Smart Manufacturing Systems (LISMS) is New Zealand’s first Industry 4.0 Learning Factory. LISMS is established to showcase some key technologies of Industry 4.0, as well as to demonstrate how New Zealand businesses benefit from implementing these technologies. The laboratory also facilitates interactions and collaborations between industry partners and researchers.
Dr. Xu will be speaking to the recently launched Digital Manufacturing (Light) program, whose aim is to support SMEs in taking the first steps to becoming more confident with digital transformation, leading to increased competitiveness and productivity.
