As one of our LISMS group members, Pauls Davis successfully finished his PhD study in February 2022. His supervisors were Professor Xun Xu and Dr Mehdi Shabazpour.
His research topic was ” Innovation Ecosystems and New Zealand Firms “.
Dr Pauls worked on understanding the innovation ecosystem in a firm and how it interacts with the external innovation ecosystem. The study looked at all the elements which are important to creating a functioning innovation ecosystem. For firms to develop a successful innovation ecosystem they need to nurture a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing and create a growth mindset in their employees.
